Shift Supervisor Logistics (m/f/d)

As a shift manager (m/w/d), you control our operating processes, guide your team and ensure efficient and successful shift operation. With your ideas and commitment, you continuously develop our logistics and make an important contribution to the success of our customers and BLG. The following tasks await you: Operational control: You are responsible for the smooth running of your layer and ensure efficient implementation of daily processes. Leadership & Development: You guide your team motivatingly and target-oriented, promote employees and accompany their further development. Process optimization: You identify potential for improvement, develop your own solutions and implement sustainable optimization measures. Interface management: You coordinate cooperation with customers, internal areas and operational contacts and ensure transparent communication. Quality & Performance: You keep relevant key figures in mind, analyze deviations and, together with your team, guide measures for continuous improvement.

As a layer manager (m/w/d), you can also keep an overview in challenging situations. With your structured work, communication strength and team spirit, you are able to manage your team in a sovereign and solution-oriented manner. You'll also bring the following: Qualification: You have completed vocational training in the logistics sector, for example as a specialist for warehouse logistics or merchant for forwarding and logistics services (m/w/d), or a logistical study. Professional experience: You have several years of leadership experience in warehouse or contract logistics. Expertise: You are sure to handle warehouse management systems and have good MS Office skills. Flexibility: You are ready to work in the shift system (break, late and night shift) and occasionally on weekends.
