For the Regional Residential Association in Ulm, we are looking for a number of healers (m/w/d) in an indefinite part-time job.

This is what awaits you:

• Assistance, care, support and care of people with disabilities
• The implementation of the guiding principles of self-determination and empowerment as well as the establishment of social networks
• Protection of basic and treatment care
• The co-design of the daily routine taking into account the different needs of residents
• Takeover of personal assistance for individual clients
• Participation in the creation and implementation of participation plans
• Documentation of services provided by the Vivendi documentation system
• Cooperation with members, supervisors and all areas of the institution

Take this with you:

• A completed vocational training for the nursing caregiver, health caregiver, nursing caregiver, nursing caregiver or comparable (m/w/d)
• Experience in work with people with disabilities
• Teamability, Conflictability and Reflectivity
• Ready-to-use and flexibility in service-time design
• Good PC knowledge (Microsoft Office and possibly computer-assisted documentation systems)
• Takeover of stand-by services
• Class B driving license
