We continue to develop our business in the breadth sector and align our segments forward-looking. For the New Business segment, we are now looking for a personality that understands technological requirements, controls external partners and builds a new technological field of competence within the company – step by step and with entrepreneurial view. This segment combines technology, product requirements, production capability and partnership with external manufacturers. Construction and holistic control of the New Business segment incl. Responsibility Understanding and arranging technological requirements and risks as well as joint assessment with internal and external partners Construction and control of external production and technology partners Create a segment-specific portfolio strategy in close cooperation with product and innovation management with subsequent implementation Introducing a technologically sound perspective (business-cases & strategic decisions) Creation of clear, well-founded decision templates for area management

Completed degree (secondary level) Startup Mentality and experience in technology- or production-related FMCG areas High intrinsic motivation (no 9‐to‐5-minset) Experience in managing complex projects Ability to quickly capture and structure technological issues Strong prioritization and decision-making capability – also under uncertainty Clear, partnership communication and distinct interface competence Empathy, team skills and readiness
