The project Zukunftszentrum KI NRW supports small and medium-sized enterprises in North Rhine-Westphalia in the introduction and design of digitalization and artificial intelligence (KI). A focus is on the human-centered design of AI and the participation of employees & representations of interests in the operational processes for the introduction and use of AI. For this purpose, social-partnership-oriented offers are implemented for consulting, qualification and networking. The TBS NRW supports and empowers stakeholders and employees to participate in corporate transformation processes. In implementing these goals we work on behalf of our institutions, the Ministry of Labour, Health and Social Affairs NRW and the trade unions in NRW. The aim of the TBS NRW is to design good work in a digital world of work. With our interdisciplinary team we work in NRW at the locations Bielefeld, Dortmund and Düsseldorf.
