Area of employment: It is a full-time employment with a weekly working time of 39/40 hours. In principle, two part-time workers can be employed in the case of complementary working hours.

Management activities related to the Participation Controlling (control, control and financing of investments) Strategic controlling (company guidance, objectives), coordination of corporate objectives with municipal objectives Perception of corporate rights Coordination of economic plans and other data of participations with local budget and medium-term financial planning Management support of the budgets of the holdings Operational control by deviation analyses, information evaluations and control recommendations Support and advice of mandate holders

You have a completed academic degree programme in a field of expertise such as economics, legal sciences, public management/administration, or skills for the category 2, 2. Office of the General Administrative Service and multiannual relevant professional and management experience, ideally in the participation controlling of public enterprises. We also expect: Knowledge and experience gained in the controlling of participation, in particular in the control, control and financing of municipal participations and in corporate and municipal law Communication and enforcement capability coupled with sensitivity Very good analytical skills and strong consulting skills in interaction with executives of the holding companies Knowledge of the analysis of economic plans, annual accounts, balance sheets and profit and loss accounts of public undertakings High level of identification with local government as a service company Self-contained, structured and careful operation and reliability Teamability, Cooperation and Negotiation Management Safe handling of presentation and moderation techniques and economic action Understanding Proceeding Control, Strategic Controlling and Policy Understanding
