• Active introduction in the measurement, monitoring and control of essential ESG risks

• Takeover of development and implementation responsibility for the Transition Plan incl. the ESG Limit

• Development and implementation of the ESG material assessment in close coordination with risk-driven units

• Identification and development of impulses for portfolio control based on ESG risks

• Participation in projects and take responsibility for the implementation and further development of the project results in line

• Implementation of regulatory requirements with a view to the impact on LBBW and in line with our risk appetite

• Designing efficient processes in the ESG environment in close exchange with bank-wide interfaces

• Proactive promotion of the visibility of ESG through close cooperation with LBBW wide ESG units and management

• Very well-finished business or mathematical studies or commercial training with appropriate qualifications and multi-year relevant professional experience

• Experience in the ESG environment on the sales, strategy or risk side

• Proven affinity in dealing with data and (further)development of methods in a professional context

• Experiences in project and process management including a pronounced solution orientation and interface management

• High commitment and willingness to take responsibility (e.g. in projects)

• Ability to prepare and present complex facts to address

• Flexibility and design will to advance risk control in a volatile environment

• First contact points with risk management and/or controlling
