Responsibility for assortment design and purchase of the wine, sparkling wine, spirits, tobacco, non food and confectionery product group according to the rules of category management Analysis and continuous development of the ranges in terms of sales, sales, raw yield, turnover frequency, price positioning and regional requirements Development and implementation of product-specific purchasing, assortment and procurement strategies Planning, preparation, implementation and follow-up of annual, contingent, price and contract negotiations Conducting market, competition, trade fair and supplier visits and identifying relevant trends and procurement risks Monitoring and safeguarding the agreed conditions, bonuses, rebates, advertising subsidies and other remuneration components Operational processing of the associated purchasing and procurement processes in SAP as well as active participation in the migration to SAP S/4HANA and in the further development of the associated purchasing processes.
