Complete technical facility management: comprehensive support and first-level support for the entire building and building technology. Building control technology: ensuring smooth operation and continuous optimization of building control technology. Maintenance: independent implementation of assembly, repair and transport activities and coordination of external service providers. Testing & documentation: organisation, monitoring and complete documentation of maintenance, expert testing and DGUV testing on equipment. Event support: setup, dismantling and technical support of the event technology (also outside the core working hours). System administration: administration and adaptation of the electronic lock and telephone system.

Qualification: Complete training in the field of electrical engineering (energy/building technology, operating technology) or SHK (Sanitary, heating and climate technology). Experience: Multiannual professional practice with in-depth, cross-disciplinary expertise. Competence: Embossed technical understanding, craftsmanship and physical loadability. Operation: Self-employed, solution-oriented and always friendly, service-oriented appearance. IT & Language: Secure handling of MS Office (in particular Excel, Outlook, OneNote) and digital tools; Treatable German. Mobility: Class B licence.
