The Automotive division includes technologies for passive safety, braking, suspension and movement control systems. Innovative solutions for assisted and automated driving, display and operating technologies as well as audio or camera solutions for the interior are part of the portfolio as well as intelligent information and communication technology for mobility services for fleet operators and commercial vehicle manufacturers. Comprehensive activities around networking technologies and vehicle electronics and high-performance computers complement the offer.

We are looking for our Automotive division at Frankfurt am Main. Your duties include: Predictive control and structuring of the daily routine of CFO incl. scheduling and monitoring as well as managing the Outlook calendar Organisation, implementation and follow-up of internal and external appointments, workshops and missions (national and international) Interface management with internal areas, stakeholders and external contacts in German and English Managing tasks including travel cost accounting and ordering Discrete coordination of sensitive and confidential processes Close cooperation with other assistants: in top management and mutual representation with the CEO assistant

Completed commercial training or comparable qualification Multiannual experience in a high level assistance function – ideally in an international group environment Very good MS Office identifiers, especially Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint German at native language level as well as fluent English knowledge in word and writing Embossed organizational design, structured and forward-looking working serenity as well as the ability to maintain a cool head even under time pressure Teamability, self-responsibility and pleasure in a service-oriented role on top level The applications of disabled people are welcome.
