Cook (m/f/d)

The restaurant Domingo’s at the Hotel Marburger Hof offers À-la-carte dishes and typical Spanish dishes and wines in a Mediterranean ambience. The Domingo’s is designed for 70 people. To strengthen our kitchen team, we are looking for an experienced cook / a skilled cook (m/w/d) with passion for the à la carte cuisine and organizational skills.

Your duties

• Self-preparation of high quality a la carte dressing
• Planning, development and costing of new dishes and creative ideas for the menu
• Creating menu suggestions for celebrations, events and groups
• Responsibility for storage, goods management and orders
• Ensuring hygiene and quality standards (HACCP)
• Guidance, classification and support of kitchen staff
• Economic handling of food and resources
• close cooperation and communication with the service team

Your profile

• Completed training as a cook or cook or long-term professional experience
• Very good knowledge of À-la-carte feed preparation
• Organizational and structured working
• Creativity and joy in developing new dishes and menus
• Experience in employee management of advantage
• Good knowledge of German in word and writing
• Teamability, loadability and reliability
