As a project manager for our new building and extension projects, you plan, after a thorough incorporation by experienced colleagues, all building-technical high-current, telecommunications and IT systems in all performance phases of HOAI.

During the construction phase, you will ensure quality control as well as cost and time monitoring for the electrical engineering plant.

You create the electrotechnical basis for the award-winning @ILO system in our transit terminals and ensure that our IT can develop your full potential on the basis of the electrotechnical infrastructure.

Based on this planning, you create cost estimates and performance descriptions for project implementation. Together with your colleagues from the Elektrotechnik team as well as from the Energy Management team, you are also a key component in the development of electromobility and photovoltaic systems at our locations in Germany and abroad in Europe.

Ideally, you have first professional experience in the planning and/or execution of construction projects of the Groups 4, 5 (8) of HOAI.

You like to work independently but are still a team player.
