You work as part of the project consortium of the Climate Action Contract (CO2-Difference Agreements) in a field consisting of 21 employees of various disciplines. As Administrative:r Thematic:r you are involved in the design and implementation of the programme with other business employees. To further develop the conveying processes, you continuously analyze and evaluate administrative issues and introduce suitable solutions. The capacity planning as well as the technical guidance and coordination of the company's employees will be carried out in close coordination with the Administration and Project Management. In addition, you are responsible for the complete management of applications for funding, including advice from applicants, credit assessment and evaluation of applications, financing plans and tenderers.

You provide a completed university degree (Bachelor) with the subject of Business Administration, Public Administration, Administration, Business Administration, Economic Law or a comparable economic discipline. You have in-depth knowledge of public administrative and budgetary law, as well as the relevant budgetary provisions of the Federal Government or of the Länder and the administrative provisions adopted thereto. The ability to coordinate, prioritize and control themes is yours. Your long-term professional experience in project funding completes your profile. You are highly consulting and communicate fluently in German (C2 levels). English skills are of advantage. The work in interdisciplinary teams, including across locations, will give you pleasure and convince you by a reliable and careful way of working.
