Together with your team, you develop packaging solutions that optimally meet customer requirements while ensuring economical and efficient industrial production. Professional and disciplinary leadership of the Packmittelentwicklung team with currently three employees. Promoting and further developing employees and deepening expertise within the team Creating transparent structures and responsibilities as well as building and continuous development of efficient development and release processes Ensuring effective communication both internally and with customers and service providers Consulting national and international customers with regard to packaging materials, functions and technical possibilities Development of packaging and packaging concepts taking into account customer requirements, product protection, sustainability and cost-effectiveness Ensuring and optimising the technical feasibility in series production Monitoring, ensuring and complying with relevant legal requirements, standards and packaging guidelines

Complete studies or training in the field of packaging technology, packaging technology, food technology or a comparable discipline Management and professional experience in packaging or packaging Experience in the food industry or in a regulated production environment Good knowledge of relevant laws, regulations and standards in packaging Understanding industrial production and manufacturing processes Embossed communication and organizational capability
