Technical management of the part service including personnel deployment planning and team development Active sale of spare parts, accessories and lifestyle products to workshop, service, business customers and direct customers Ensuring optimal interaction between parts service, service and workshop Control of stocks, availability and return management according to Porsche standards Supporting digital parts and logistics processes (Porsche PPN, eParts Online, ERP, Warehouse Control Systems) KPI monitoring and control for sales, parts handling and customer satisfaction tuning with aftersales line to MRP and marketing to increase parts and accessories sales Ensuring compliance with all Porsche CI/CD and quality requirements Advertising and warranty management in close coordination with After Sales Support for events and vehicle deliveries (accessor production, product presentation)

Completed commercial or technical training in the motor vehicle sector (e.g. automobile businessman, motor vehicle mechatronics engineer with additional qualification, parts/ accessories specialist) Multiannual experience in parts / accessories distribution, ideal in premium or sports car segment Experience in employee management and motivation in operating daily business Safe handling of Porsche systems (PPN, DMS, ERP, eParts Online) desirable Embossed customers and service orientation with binding appearance Organizational design, resilience and hands on mentality Passion for brand, precision and performance
