As Head of Product Management (m/w/d), you have a key function within the flight simulation. With your international sales experience and passion for innovation and technology, you strengthen product management, business development and strategy development in an internationally growing corporate environment and will thus contribute significantly to the long-term success of our business segment. Your tasks: Further development of our portfolio in coordination with the in-house departments Support of the upper management level in the strategic and sales orientation of flight simulation Control of offers based on the strategy and the production portfolio in coordination with the responsible departments (e.g. system technology, product management, sales, contract management) Close cooperation with Business Development to create market, product and competitive analyses Identification of market and technology trends Construction and maintenance of business relationships with customers, partners and universities Professional positioning of our products and solutions in the media in cooperation with marketing

Complete technical master studies in the field of computer science, electrical engineering, mechatronics, systems engineering, industrial engineering or comparable Long-standing experience in (technical) project management, sales, strategy development and/or business/operational excellence International sales experience and strong knowledge in strategy development, market analysis and marketing Network in the area of Military Aviation Simulation and Training Community English knowledge in word and writing Embossed communication skills Increased worldwide readiness
