ID: 1000_000356 We work together in the multi-professional team with different professional groups in order to achieve their goals with 13 clients of the special form of residence and about 30 clients in the representative housing. To strengthen our team, we are now looking for a pedagogical specialist or alternatively a nursing specialist.

You take the tasks as a coordinating reference for people with mental disabilities and addiction. You promote the independence of our client through individual, life-structural and promotional support according to the current person-centred integrated participation planning and our conception You take the lead in the participation planning of your reference client You work closely together in the community psychiatry and with our cooperation partners You enter the clients at least one weekend a month

You are a social pedagogue or alternatively you have a completed training as an educator, a curative nurse or a nursing specialist You want to gain experience in the care of people with mental disabilities and addiction diseases? Do you want to share your professional and personal commitment with us in the team and with our clients? Are you enriching our team with communication skills and decision-making pleasure? You like to work independently and you can flexibly adjust to new questions of our clients? You have no experience with the control instrument of participation planning (PIT), but PC skills (MS Office)? Then we'll show you what it takes. You have a passenger car license? Great, then our clients are happy to be on the way with you.
