The business processes and supply innovation department operates across the company on the basis of data-driven opportunity and risk management in the areas of patient safety, operational organisation, implementation of process innovation and acceleration of digital transformation. Strategic management and further development of the Digital Health and Innovation Strategy in coordination with the corporate strategy Professional leadership and further development of an interdisciplinary team as well as personnel and budget management Identification, conception and implementation of digitalization and innovation projects from idea to piloting to transfer to regular operation Interface management, tandem management, close cooperation with IT and other areas (medical controlling, care, research, data protection, etc.) and representation of the department to internal and external stakeholders, project promoters and cooperation partners Funding acquisitions, third-party funding management and the establishment and further development of data-based decision bases for the supply (e.g. routine data, data platforms, predictive analytics) Moderation of interdisciplinary project groups and management of bodies or working groups, as well as promotion of innovation-friendly culture through communication and empowerment of stakeholders

Complete university studies in economics or health sciences, health economics or comparable qualifications with long-term professional experience, ideally complemented by a further degree (e.g. MBA) Long-standing professional experience in the fields of technology, data and analytics, digital product or business model development and digitalization projects in the healthcare sector and knowledge of the start-up ecosystem Good knowledge of economic, regulatory and clinical health requirements and process management High expertise in project management including planning, design and management of complex projects with stakeholder management and agile methods Very good analytical and design capability, comprehensive data competence, structured and independent working methods as well as safe occurrence, team orientation and communication strength High self-responsibility, entrepreneurial thinking, adaptability for new and short-term tasks and interest in scientific work, innovation and change joy and the willingness to work across locations Legally necessary evidence of immunization against measles
