Specialist Order Management (m/f/d)

Work at one of the leading engineering offices in Germany. We are an independent, owner-managed family company, with over 300 people at fourteen locations in Germany. We advise and plan comprehensively, from the first project idea to after completion. We work with interdisciplinary project teams, for the development of best possible solutions.

At our Koblenz site we are looking for:

Specialist You play a central role in order management. You contribute to the installation, maintenance and structured handling of orders and contracts in the ABACUS ERP system. In close cooperation with the project management and the location assistance, make sure that content relevant to the application and contract is completely, systematically and comprehensible in the system. You accompany the order-to-cash process from the operating and system-side perspective and provide a structured transfer of order-related data to billing and controlling. In addition to the installation and maintenance of the order data, you support the analytical consideration, plausibility and quality assurance of the information. As part of the order management team, you work according to defined standards and actively support in ensuring high process continuity and data quality. You work closely with the controlling and report directly to the control.

Completed commercial training or studies in economics, business, economic law or a comparable qualification Professional experience in the commercial project environment, in order management, in controlling-related functions or in the ERP environment Very good understanding of structured order and contract data and their systemic mapping Safe handling of ERP systems, ideally ABACUS Very good knowledge of MS 365 / MS Office, especially Excel Basic knowledge of HOAI is advantageous Structured, careful and reliable operation Teamability and clear communication Very good knowledge of German in word and writing
