They are part of our quality management department, whose task is to ensure compliance with all legal requirements of our own brand products.

They define quality requirements, perform tastings and take care of the processing of product specifications or declaration checks.

They define requirements for the implementation of quality controls and analyses in cooperation with external service providers.

They participate in the production of labels and are responsible for the legal examination.

They are available for purchase in all QS-relevant topics and support product managers throughout the entire product life cycle.

They ensure the implementation of our product specifications, accompany audits and participate in relevant disciplines.

They are responsible for the further development and optimization of the processes and for the process documentation.

You have a degree in food chemistry including 2nd state exams or a comparable qualification.

They ideally have professional experience in quality management within the food industry.

You have profound knowledge of European food law.

They have very good English skills in word and writing as well as good MS Office skills.

They are characterized by communication and enforcement as well as a precise, independent and solution-oriented manner of operation.
