Advanced Bachelor Program in BWL, Social Sciences, Psychology, etc. with focus on staff/HR first relevant experience, e.g. through internships in the area of HR or vocational training fluent German and very good English skills as well as safe application of MS Office programs rapid understanding and joy of both strategic and operational work strong communication skills in dealing with employees of different hierarchical levels and external service providers high level of commitment and an independent and structured way of working
