Complete studies in media and education management, media analytics, e-learning or comparable field of study – alternatively comparable qualification through professional experience and further education. Multiannual professional experience in the design, development and implementation of digital learning formats, ideally in educational or media environments. Founded teaching and media education, especially in instructional design and agile learning formats (e.g. microlearning, gamification, adaptive learning). Experience in the targeted preparation of complex content as well as in the creation of didactic concepts, including storyboarding and script development for interactive learning content. Practical experience in designing and creating multimedia e-learning offers (e.g. interactive modules, videos, podcasts, web-based trainings). Secure application of common author tools (e.g. Moodle) and graphics/video processing software (e.g. Canva, Camtasia). Comprehensive experience in the use of learning platforms (LMS), especially with Moodle. Creativity, customer and target group orientation as well as structured, independent and solution-oriented working methods. Team skills, communication strength and quality awareness, including experience with quality management in e-learning production (e.g. learning target controls, usability tests).
