Your tasks

• Supporting IT customer infrastructures in the field of end devices, hardware and printers
• Error analysis and removal on site as well as rollout support
• Installation and configuration of hardware and software via remote or onsite support
• Professional escalation management and support in the IT Service Desk or Helpdesk
• Maintenance of documentation and optimization of processes

That's what you bring

• Technical vocational training or retraining in the IT field e.g. as a specialist system integration (m/w/d), IT system technician (m/w/d), IT system electronics (m/w/d), IT service technician (m/w/d) etc.
• Knowledge of the current client and server operating systems in the Windows environment
• Good knowledge of German and ideal English
• driving license (class B) of advantage
