First contact person for new damages in the areas of force travel, liability and property Telephone acceptance of the damage and professional advice and care of the injured parties Fully qualified initial processing of damage and ensuring all necessary measures to ensure smooth and efficient handling of damages Treatment of damages for subsequent processing and disclosure of all relevant information Proactive placement of our partner service providers (e.g. workshops, experts) for optimal damage regulation Processing of correspondence related to new damage, both from customers and third parties

Completed insurance business training or a comparable qualification Professional experience in damage processing with knowledge in at least one of the divisions Good communication behaviour and joy in telephone consultation combined with a solution-oriented approach Service and customer-oriented work – keep an overview even in stressful situations and always act professionally Technology affinity and open to new digital solutions, safe in handling MS Office and damage management software Team player with a structured and independent way of working
