Real estate agent as property manager (m/f/d)

You take responsibility for our commercial, logistics and residential properties. You are the first contact person for tenants, service providers and the team. You keep objects in sight: from controls over well-maintained states to handovers. You are so confident in invoices, contracts and payments. You coordinate maintenance, craftsmen, experts – together with our technical team.

Completed commercial training (real estate) or comparable. Professional experience in the management of real estate (lower trade/storage/logistics experience). Communication strength & pleasure in contact with tenants, service providers and owners. Structured operation, independent action, sense of responsibility. Experience with administrative software and MS Office (in Excel).
