Tax advice in the context of transactions has been part of our expertise for years. Become part of our team in Germany at one of Frankfurt/Main, Hamburg, Hanover, Berlin, Leipzig, Dortmund, Essen, Bremen, Nuremberg, Freiburg, Düsseldorf, Cologne, Mannheim, Stuttgart or Munich. You advise on all tax issues relating to corporate purchases and sales and restructuring of private equity investors, corporations or infrastructure companies. You can do a variety of tasks: Support in the tax consulting of due diligence, acquisition and sales structuring, funds flow, financial and tax models and purchase contracts, as well as internal projects Together with your team to experienced managers and partners, you support all tax tasks from offering creation to billing Support and guidance of new team members as well as interns:inside and work students to help them achieve their full potential Support in (international) innovation or technology projects and support for tax developments and their impact on our client

Graduate degree in economics, legal sciences or degree as a graduate financial institution:in first professional experience or relevant internships in tax consulting, ideally in the international context at least C1 level in German and English, to support clients:inside and team members:in sovereign Your mindset Agil: You think that a flexible way of thinking is just as important for success as knowledge and skills.
