For use in an established customer company near Enschede, we are looking for a machine operator (m/w/d) for plastic production. Here you will ensure that production machines are properly set up, tool change runs smoothly and production starts reliably. You work in a modern production with clear processes, a structured incorporation and a team that works together.

Your job as a machine leader:

• Set up and prepare production machines for new production orders
• Changing molds, tools and other equipment professionally
• Start machines and monitor the production process
• Control and customize settings
• Detect and fix small disturbances or pass on to the technology
• Pay attention to a clean, safe and trouble-free production process

That's what you bring

• First experience as a machine operator (m/w/d) or in a comparable production range
• Technical understanding and interest in machinery and production processes
• Ready to work in the 3 layer system
• Careful working methods as well as good German, English or Dutch skills to understand work instructions and documentation.
