Performance Manager (m/f/d)

In this position, the planning and control of selected projects in the performance management department In doing so, you develop the performance in hardware engineering and ensure transparency and efficiency enhancement and sustainable process improvement You develop suitable control variables, establish KPIs and prioritize action fields Together with the specialist departments, you analyze existing processes along the value chain and identify optimization possibilities You monitor the implementation and timing and derive appropriate measures for target deviations As a central contact person, you promote cross-disciplinary cooperation and take over communication with stakeholders, especially in decision-making processes In addition, you support the strategic planning and leadership of the department

You have successfully completed their studies, for example in the field of Business Administration or Economic Engineering In a comparable position you could already gain relevant professional experience in project, performance and process management You have experience in defining and evaluating KPIs as well as in the moderation of workshops and meetings You are safe in handling Microsoft Office as well as business intelligence tools, ideally Power BI In addition to knowledge of German in word and writing, you have good knowledge of English Communication strength, self-initiative and enforcement and organisational ability complete your profile
