Academic studies (Dipl.-Ing. (TU), Master) in the field of civil engineering or transport engineering (intensification of road and transport) or comparable expertise, qualifications and experience Multiannual professional experience in the field of road and transport Knowledge of planning law, planning policy, approval acceleration law, HOAI, StrWG, FStrG Knowledge in the technical regulations and regulations which represent the state of the art (RAA, HBS, RSAS) Safe handling of MS Office programs German knowledge oral and written at least on C1 level That would be desirable: Experience in transport demand and modelling and handling traffic planning programmes (e.g. VISUM, VISSIM, LISA+) Basic knowledge of noise, landscape planning, environmental and water law and their integration in technical road planning Your personal strengths include: Analytical thinking and structured work Ability to secure target-oriented appearance and negotiation skills in handling engineering offices and other project participants Teamability and independent, independent, conceptual and practical work
