Debitor accounting and creditor accounting Processing, testing and accounting of invoices Accounting of current business incidents, cash, banks and credit cards clarification of open items and monitoring of the accounting process Booking and preparation of payment transactions Balance of open creditor and debitor list Support in receivable management Preparation of monthly allowances Compensation and monitoring of accounts Preparing cost controlling Participation in the monthly and annual accounts Coordination and development of processes between the different departments Handling and working with the data management system

Completed vocational training in the commercial sector Professional experience in accounting desirable Team skills, communication strength and independent work Very good understanding of numbers Ability to organize yourself and keep an eye on dates Ability to think structured and to identify relationships Willingness to work with AI-based programmes Analysis Ready to optimize processes Knowledge of Microsoft NAV of advantage
