For our site Filderstadt-Bonlanden we are looking for Product Compliance Manager (m/w/d)

Monitor and ensure that all products (paper products, self-adhesive techniques, packaging etc.) meet all legal requirements, standards and safety requirements. (e.g. REACH, RoHS, CE marking, food contact materials) Research and analysis of changes in the relevant legal requirements regarding product compliance, national and international. It is also necessary to take into account regional requirements for customers who only affect HERMA indirectly. Creation and maintenance of compliance documentation, product statements and conformity certificates. Working in various associations. Documentation and follow-up of product tests and certifications. Support and advice of the relevant departments in implementing regulatory requirements and documentation requirements. Advising product development to ensure compliance is integrated into the product life cycle from the outset.

Completed studies (e.g. chemistry, chemical engineering, industrial engineering) or comparable training Additional qualifications in the field of product law, compliance or quality management are advantageous Multiannual experience in product compliance, quality assurance or regulatory, ideally in the paper processing or packaging industry Experience in handling international standards and regulations in the field of product safety Knowledge of relevant standards and regulations (REACH, RoHS, CE marking, GMP, ISO standards, etc.) Ability to document technical data and regulatory requirements Very good English skills in word and writing are required (especially for international compliance requirements)
