Team Leader Modernization (m/f/d)

As a team leader modernization, you take on the technical, organizational and disciplinary responsibility for the team modernization. You control and coordinate the preparation, planning and implementation of renovation and modernization projects with an annual investment volume of approx. 50–60 million Euro.

Together with your team, you ensure the quality, cost and timely implementation of the projects and continuously develop the processes and standards of the team. You work closely with the internal areas and external project participants and represent the interests of the company as a builder. You report directly to the Head of Construction Management.

Professional and disciplinary leadership as well as targeted further development of the team's employees Organisation and prioritization of the tasks and projects of the team taking into account the company objectives, resources and project requirements Planning and control of personnel use and ensuring balanced utilization and representation Promoting constructive, solution-oriented cooperation and developing team structures and working methods Implementation of employee talks and support of individual professional and personal development of employees Advice and support for the real estate sector in the preparation, planning and implementation of modernisation and rehabilitation projects Preparation and monitoring of procurement procedures for planning and construction services in cooperation with the competent internal bodies Ensuring compliance with legal, regulatory, technical and internal requirements Establishing uniform processes, standards and quality requirements

Complete university studies (architecture or civil engineering) Multiannual professional experience in project management or Project management of modernisation/refurbishment projects First leadership experience and high competence to guide a team safely and efficiently Embossed entrepreneurial thinking and action High level of organizational capacity, high load capacity, structured work Sovereign appearance, loyalty, sense of responsibility and very good communication skills Funded knowledge in procurement and construction law and VOB, VgV, HOAI Secure handling in MS Office and knowledge in SAP
