For our area in Berlin-Lichtenrade we are now looking for an area management (m/w/d) in integration aid! In the Lichtenrade district, eight colleagues work at three different locations. Our services are as diverse as our clients – from weekly individual contacts in the occupants individual residences (EEA) to daily offers in our housing communities. With commitment and responsibility, you can control and organize the area under technical and business aspects. Your staff management is characterized by a competent professional guidance. In addition, you motivate your employees – also through careful personnel and care planning. They work together with members, legal supervisors, external cooperation partners and other interfaces. They place value on reliability – even when performing overriding tasks.

They have completed a social science study or a social education and have been able to gain professional and management experience in integration aid for several years. They have the ability and sensitivity to guide employees with appreciation and to guide them professionally. You act self-confidently, are enforceable and powerful. On the one hand, you work independently, on the other hand you appreciate the joint teamwork. Openness in the encounter as well as the presence on site are of course for you. The requirements of the BTHG are not only familiar to you – your implementation is also personal to your heart.

You will be looking forward to an indefinite working relationship of 31.2 hours with a payment according to an operating agreement with dynamic adjustment, binding annual special payment and child allowance. We have 30 days of annual holiday and holiday money. In addition, you will receive an occupational pension scheme and can participate in occupational health management.
