Total operational responsibility for hotel operation Leadership, motivation and further development of the team Presence as an authentic host personality and representation of the house inside and outside Ensuring smooth processes and high quality standards in all areas Strategic development of the hotel and active market monitoring Responsibility for marketing and sales activities in cooperation with existing executives Budget planning, quality management and continuous optimization of processes Support for the conference and event area – from the acquisition to the creation of the offer to the successful implementation Close and trusting cooperation with the owner family

Multiannual experience in the position of the hotel director, ideally in the upscale private hotel company Embossed hostage with sovereign, calm and value-adding guide style High social competence, organizational talent and entrepreneurial thinking Experience in reception as well as marketing & sales Identification with a family-run house and joy in shaping this in the long term Loyalty, ownership and communication strength Reference to the region or the desire to settle in the Lausitz in the long term
