Creating, managing and maintaining technical documentation with the support of the respective departments (operating instructions, software descriptions, installation/maintenance instructions, etc.) and customer-specific training documents Creation and maintenance of manuals according to the S1000D standard Creation and maintenance of spare parts lists and spare parts catalogs according to the S2000M standard Development and implementation of an application-oriented representation of complex technical content Procurement of necessary information for the production of documentation Independent and timely coordination with the areas of development and project management Management, updating and maintenance of existing documentation Editorial and graphical preparation of texts and illustrations for necessary documentation Creation and maintenance of military and civilian manuals Extraction of perspective views from CAD data, creation and processing of graphics, images and photos for documentation and visualization Coordination and scheduling of externally mandated documentation services Review of foreign language technical terms in documentation Working with the creation of a terminology concept, editorial guide and style guide

completed technical vocational training is required and, if necessary, further qualification electronics, mechatronics or electromechanics is desirable Training for technical editor and technical editor as well as multiannual professional experience in equivalent tasks Working method: structured and good task organization Experiences and know-how in publisher software, such as IsoDraw, CreoIllustrate, FrameMaker preferably knowledge of editorial systems ARDOS/PLIP and scheme ST4 very good knowledge of German in word and writing (min. level C2) good knowledge of English in Word and Writing (min.
