This includes the subsequent, intensive rehabilitation of patients with severe neurological and neurosurgical diseases directly after the acute phase. Active participation in the construction and development of the neurological early rehabilitation phase B, including the design of processes and standards in the care sector holistic, need-oriented care and care of neurological patients with high care intensity and complex medical treatment requirements Support and support of patients in mobilization, daily routine management and the handling of aids, in close cooperation with physiotherapy, ergotherapy and logopedia Implementation of nursing and therapeutic measures specifically designed for neurological rehabilitation Documentation and evaluation of the care process and participation in quality assurance measures Working at interdisciplinary team meetings for continuous patient meeting and treatment planning
