As a production employee (m/w/d), you are an essential part of the manufacturing process and contribute to producing high-quality products. In this versatile position, you work in a dynamic environment where teamwork, care and efficiency are at first place. You are responsible for monitoring technical processes, operating machines and supporting the assembly processes while at the same time ensuring that the requirements are complied with.

• You carry out quality controls on the manufactured products and make sure they meet the specified standards.
• You serve and monitor production facilities to ensure smooth running.
• You mount and assemble components, always focusing on accuracy and efficiency.
• You support professionals in production and contribute to a positive and productive working environment.

We are looking for

This position is well suited for you if you bring a pronounced hands-on mentality and are interested in technical processes. In addition, you should bring a high degree of care and willingness to work in new areas of work.

• Ideally you have already gained first experience in production, but also motivated cross-comers are welcome.
• You work reliably and precisely, even in a lively working environment.
• You are open to shiftwork and bring a flexible working.
• You have good knowledge of German so that you can understand and implement work instructions.
