Your exciting task area

• You advise your assigned customer base including selected company customers
• They ensure high consulting quality, effectiveness and productivity in stock and new customer consulting and support
• They secure the assigned customer base and win new customers
• They coordinate cooperation with specialist departments, subsidiaries and affiliates
• They represent the Bank to all major institutions and multipliers of the branch
• You are responsible for insulting engagements, possibly with the support of our credit department
• You are responsible for personnel management and personnel deployment planning
• They observe the activities of competitors as well as other developments in the market segment with the aim of designing their own services in a market-oriented manner
• They carry out regular reference-actual comparisons, combined with necessary suggestions for correcting plan deviations of the sales performance
• They work in the planning and design of sales measures and projects with

• Completed bachelor's degree incl. completed training to/to the bank's/wife or a comparable qualification
• Multiannual professional experience in the quality, holistic private and corporate customer consulting (including new customer consulting) with strong sales orientation
• Active and customer-oriented application of securities competence A
• Representative management experience and competence (e.g. management of a business unit)
