Active customer communication for Tele-Commerce Creating and sending individual offers for the areas of coffee/water and vendor machines to our interested parties as well as existing customers Tracking open offers and proactive contact with the aim of an appointment agreement for our Direct Sales Analysis and optimization of the supply process in close cooperation with sales for maximum customer satisfaction Support for the identification and identification of new sales opportunities in the field of tele-commerce
