OstWestfalenLippe GmbH is the central regional development and regional marketing company for the region Ostwestfalen-Lippe. In order to strengthen our team, we are looking for a dedicated personality for the funding project “KIT.OWL – KI-Transferoffensive OstWestfalenLippe”: Projektmanager:in (m/w/d) Location Bielefeld / Full time In the field of sustainability, digitalization and mobility, you play a central role in the KIT project.OWL – AI transfer offensive OstWestfalenLippe, which is funded by the European Regional Development Fund (EFRE) and the Ministry of Economic Affairs, Industry, Climate Protection and Energy NRW. The aim of the project is to support small and medium-sized enterprises in the use of artificial intelligence and to sustainably strengthen AI transfer to the region.

Organisation and coordination of cooperation in the project consortium and associated partners Content and organizational assembly of work packages within the project Conception, organisation and implementation of project-based formats such as workshops, event series, AI lab tours, training and transfer formats Contents of transfer offers for companies and ensuring the right to use relevant actors Organisation, moderation and implementation of cooperation and exchange formats (e.g. AI transfer circle) Project control and evaluation, compilation of medium-term calls, material reports and evidence of use Active participation in the further development of project contents, structures and processes, as well as ensuring effective implementation

Successfully completed university studies in the field of engineering or economics, inno­vation management, data science or a comparable qualification Professional experience in project management, ideally in innovation or transfer-oriented projects Very good understanding of AI trends, digitalization issues and innovation processes in business and society as well as willingness to integrate into technical contexts Experience in coordinating cooperation projects and dealing with different stakeholders Knowledge of regional economic, scientific and administrative structures of advantage Representative organization and control competence Very good communication capability and safe occurrence, even on decision-makers: internal Independent, structured and solution-oriented mode of operation Conceptual Strength, Hands-on-Mentiality and High Implementation Competence
