Then become part of our recruiting team You support the visualization and preselection of applications and help identify suitable talents for our departments You accompany candidates through the entire application process and ensure a positive Candidate Experience About LinkedIn and other platforms, you'll find suitable talents and get active with them in exchange The creation and publication of job advertisements is also part of your task After your introduction, you will take independent recruiting topics and projects Your own ideas are welcome – so you actively shape our recruiting and develop it together with us

You are enrolled in a degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Communication Sciences or a comparable course of study Recruiting, talent Acquisition and exchange with people inspire you Ideally, you have already gained first practical experience in recruiting, HR environment or in a service-oriented environment You can easily handle digital platforms such as LinkedIn, Xing or similar networks You communicate safely, work independently and go proactively to people You like to take responsibility and bring a structured way of working Good German knowledge (from C1 level) and English skills complete your profile
