Familiary Charleston atmosphere combined with central location in the historic Rotenburg find residents and employees in our house at the railway station. Together with your team, they accompany 64 people in need of care in their everyday lives in our institution. Where former guests enjoyed their vacation, the former hotel was converted to a new home for the well-being for our seniors. Our services in the facility include full-time care, short-term care, prevention care and care for the most needy of care.

Your new tasks

• You make a room-oriented, individual basic and treatment care safe
• You are responsible for planning, implementing and controlling the care process
• You are documenting and judging the implementation and effect of care measures continuously and understandably
• You secure the quality standards and work with the continuous improvement processes
• You are contact for residents, customers and relatives
