You play a central role when quality-relevant problems occur and actively promote their structured solution. You identify deviations, vulnerabilities and unwanted developments at an early stage and are targeted at improving measures. You analyze quality and process data, create transparency about causes and derive stressable recommendations for action. You bring the relevant specialist areas – in particular production, technology and quality – to a table and moderate the common cause analysis. You ensure that agreed measures are not only defined, but also implemented effectively and anchored sustainably. You accompany quality-critical topics end-to-end: from initial problem perception to analysis to successful stabilization of the process. You thus make a significant contribution to the continuous improvement and sustainable safeguarding of product and process quality.

You have a completed technical, scientific or engineering degree – alternatively a comparable qualification with a corresponding practical experience. You bring several years of experience in quality management or process improvement, preferably in a production-related environment. You have a good sense of quality-critical relationships and can analyze, prioritise and solve problems in a structured manner. You are safe in handling quality and process data and are able to derive concrete improvement measures from analyses. You master common methods of problem solving and continuous improvement, for example Ishikawa, 5-Why, PDCA or Six Sigma. You are creating different areas of expertise, structuring discussions and promoting joint solutions in a targeted manner. You convince by analytical thinking, enforcing, communication strength and a high degree of self-initiative.
