Junior IT Project Manager - Data Center (m/w/d)

As a dedicated STACKITEER, you are part of the STACKIT Solutions division. Here we support the implementation of cloud services, advise, transform and build individual solutions to fully accompany the path to the cloud.

You are part of the STACKIT Datacenter team. With this you are directly at the source of our services and develop the conditions for our products and services. As a brand of Black IT, we operate our own data centers for the complete Black Group on almost 5,000m2 IT areas. Ensuring a stable and secure IT operation as well as designing and implementing pioneering IT architectures are our top goals. Together we ensure that hardware and software work smoothly. At STACKIT Datacenters, we also advise on the further development of existing architectures and the transition to innovative cloud solutions.

Project planning and coordination, implementation of detailed project plans for new buildings and modernization of data centers taking into account timetables Quality control, ensuring compliance with quality standards and technical specifications throughout the project Communication and reporting, regular communication with stakeholders Technical monitoring, verification and acceptance of technical installations, ensuring compliance with safety and environmental standards Support for sustainability measures and energy-efficient solutions in the context of construction and modernisation projects

You ideally have first experience in data centers and their technical facilities or good technical expertise (e.g. NEA, USV, cold, NSHV etc.) You have good oral and written communication skills to effectively interact with internal and external stakeholders and to communicate complex technical issues in a comprehensible way You have good organizational skills and detail accuracy to efficiently plan, monitor and complete projects You have a completed training for IT system electronics or electronics, a completed university degree with the field of electrical engineering or a comparable degree Alternatively mechatronics or KFZ electronics with further training / certification in the high-voltage range You are used to work independently and conscientiously, and a high level of team spirit and loyalty is yours.
