As part of our team, you support national and international clients in demanding consulting projects and M&A transactions Together with experienced colleagues, our clients will also advise you on all issues of corporate law, especially in complex and often cross-border restructuring projects.

You have completed your studies with an above-average legal qualification and ideally already have first professional experience You want to develop professionally and personally successfully in the Corporate/M&A sector You have a strong understanding of economic relations You want to work internationally, have the pleasure of sharing with other jurisdictions and disciplines and bring the English knowledge indispensable for our daily work – ideally proven by degrees acquired abroad in English or other experience abroad You will enjoy using your professional skills as well as your creativity and commitment in practical results and optimal solutions for our clients and appreciate a balanced work-life balance despite your commitment
