For our online editorial at the locations in Essen, Berlin or Hamburg, we are looking for you Werkstudent Online-Redaktion - DER WESTEN (m/w/d) Location: Berlin, DE Hamburg, DE Essen, DE

You create content on the Newsdesk (text, image, video) with focus on NRW, consumer topics as well as current news from Germany and the world You independently research relevant topics beyond agency reports and produce search engine-optimized contributions with range and viral potentials You are responsible for the publication in the CMS – including SEO optimization, structuring and image selection You keep trends and news positions in mind and quickly reappear current developments You work in the shift service (breakfast, late and weekend services) and introduce yourself to strategic projects of online action

You are an immatricated student*in and can support us for at least one year with about 16 hours a week You bring first experiences in the media environment e.g. in the form of internships or free cooperation with Your passion applies to the current (in particular German) events and you have fun on tabloid coverage, fast news and strong headlines A secure writing style with an understanding of the design of mobile articles as well as a fast and independent way of working round your profile You work preferably on weekends, you can do this in the Home Office
