for our branch Westfalen in Osnabrück.

At the Osnabrück office, you will run the “Planning” division with currently 16 employees in 2 teams. They control the implementation of all measures of planning projects, mainly interdisciplinary road planning for motorways. They conduct voting and represent the planning ahead of third parties. They control contracting and processing with engineering offices. You design and design the future orientation of your business area, taking into account the achievement of the objectives. As a leader of the field, you will guide your dedicated teams both in discipline and professional. They are a member of the management team and agree closely with the branch management as well as with the employees in the construction and maintenance and operation and transport business units.

Successfully completed studies (Bachelor/Master(Dipl.-Ing)), preferably with the focus on civil engineering or transport, or otherwise acquired knowledge and experience in road planning Knowledge of road planning and related approval procedures Possible experience in the technical guidance and disciplinary guidance of employees or the pronounced motivation to develop in this direction Good knowledge of German language in word and writing This will continue to distinguish you: They think in complex relationships and have a pronounced willingness to design, combined with value-adding behavior and self-reflection.
