Projektleiter (m/w/x)

Directly assigned to the management, you have the operational responsibility for managing a region with about five gravel works. In this function you contribute significantly to the company development and sustainable resource management of our division. In addition, you will develop projects for the exploration and development of new sites for raw materials production and processing.

Your tasks in detail: Technical overall responsibility and guaranteeing the economic yield quality for the works of your region Management and further development of the company managers and the factory teams on site Proactive occupational safety and health management Effect of all public regulatory approvals for the maintenance and development of the operational establishment Full responsibility of technical projects – from design, technical planning and approval to project completion

Completed higher technical training (e.g. raw material engineering, mechanical engineering, process engineering, etc.) High level of self-responsibility and systematic, holistic entrepreneurial thinking Team-oriented operation Binding communication, focusing and enforcement strength
