Sales Assistant to the Managing Director (m/f/d)

As a sales assistant, you are an important interface between our customers, suppliers and internal departments and make sure that everything runs reliably in everyday office. You are the first point of contact for our visitors and at the same time support our sales and management team in the daily processes. This includes: First contact station and contact person for customers and visitors Operation of the telephone center: professional acceptance of telephone calls and qualified forwarding of calls (EDV-assisted) Installation and maintenance of customer and supplier master data in our goods management system Support phone calls for ongoing offers and support for sales in customer support Administrative activities Purchasing and dispensing of consumables and personal protective equipment (PSA) Mail delivery and mail distribution Cash management Ensuring general order and cleanliness in the reception area, meeting room and lounge
