You create technical solutions and support the IT systems used for this purpose with a focus on VoIP. Your tasks include the planning and implementation of a sub-group-wide introduction of network-based telephony (VoIP), the installation of the necessary network infrastructure at Diehl-Defence locations as well as the configuration, maintenance and optimization of VoIP systems. You take over the planning and implementation of security measures to protect network-based telephony. Its task also includes the creation of process descriptions and documentation for IT employees and users. Support in implementing operational IT security regulations and revision requirements completes your range of activities.

A successfully completed training as a specialist (m/w/d) or a comparable qualification is the ideal precondition for this position. In addition, you will bring several years of professional experience in the IT field. You convince us with your well-founded expertise in network-based telephony (VOIP).
