A completed technical study/training (e.g. heating, air conditioning, ventilation, sanitary or electrical engineering) or a comparable qualification in the field of civil engineering, architecture, technical building equipment (TGA) or facility management Including professional experience in the field of technical property management Knowledge of relevant industrial plants and their requirements in operation Knowledge of fire protection is desirable Safeness to negotiate, enforcing, self-initiative and independent work Application-safe MS Office identifiers Car guide ticket available and willingness to travel English Basic knowledge required, advanced knowledge of advantage
